Adam Milstein has been with the Israeli American Council as its chairman for the last year and ten months. The council has been successful its aims to unite the American-Israeli community. He writes for the Jerusalem Post where he expresses views on how the Jewish people can prepare for the future. He firmly believes that every Jew should be proud of who he is and where he comes from. It is clear from his writing that he feels a deep bond with his motherland, its culture, and religion.
This is something he attempts to grow in the youth. With his wife, he founded the Adam and Gila Foundation in the year 2011. Through this organization, they teach young people about their problems facing Israel, the West and Jews. The foundation’s idea is that closer cooperation of organizations that support Israel and democracy would help further their agendas.
The Adam and Gila Foundation has worked with organizations such as UCLA Foundation, The Israel Project, Christian United for Israel, Kadima Day school, The American Israel Education Foundation and many others. In a March Jerusalem post article Adam Milstein points out that there is a need for the Jewish people to view with pride and them being Jewish and the heritage that comes with it.
